These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Camber, a car-build planner and social app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use Camber. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post: your vehicles, posts, photos, and comments. By posting, you grant Camber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your posts in the feed or on your profile). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that may remain briefly in backups.
You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or infringing.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Harass, stalk, or share another person’s private information.
- Upload malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
5. Driving & safety
Camber includes map, location, and drive-tracking features that can record speed and routes. Never interact with the app while driving. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully, and for obeying all speed limits and traffic laws. Camber does not encourage unsafe, illegal, or competitive driving on public roads, and is not liable for how you drive or use these features.
6. Moderation & termination
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app.
7. Intellectual property
The Camber name, logo, and the app itself (excluding user content) are owned by Camber and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Performance figures, cost estimates, and other calculations in the app are approximations for planning purposes only and are not guarantees. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Camber harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and provide notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict- of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts located there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
